Deleting Offenders With No Compact Cases

I'm trying to delete an offender from our duplicate report that case no compact cases, but ICOTS gives me an error message that says I'm not allowed to created a delete request for that offender.

You will only see this message when you attempt to delete an offender record that is either not associated with your state or has no associated compact cases at all.

 If you need to delete an offender record that has no associated ICOTS cases, just submit a ticket to the ICOTS helpdesk and someone will process the deletion as quickly as possible.
