Deleting Supervised Individuals with No Compact Cases

I'm trying to delete a supervised individual from our duplicate report where there are no compact cases, but ICOTS gives me an error message that says I'm not allowed to create a delete request for that offender.

Users will only see this message when they attempt to delete a supervised individual's record that is either not associated with your state or has no associated compact cases at all.

If a user needs to delete a supervised individual's record without associated ICOTS cases, submit a ticket to the ICOTS helpdesk and someone will process the deletion as quickly as possible.
