Editing Core Demographics of Supervised Individuals and Deleting Secondary Demographics

Editing core demographic data (i.e. name, race, gender, FBI Number) or deleting incorrect secondary demographic information (i.e. SSN, DOB, State ID) can only be done by a state admin from the supervising state of the supervised individual.  (The supervising state is listed on the supervised individual's profile screen.)

As shown below, users must navigate to the 'Offender Management' tab and enter the individual's ICOTS number after selecting 'Edit Offender Demographics.'

The next screenshot shows the page where users can change the offender's core demographic data after clicking the 'Submit' button. All assigned users on the case will receive an email notification regarding the change.

The other tabs allow users to delete incorrect data regarding social security numbers, dates of birth, aliases, state IDs, and photos.

Note:  Date of Birth is a required field.  If you need to correct a DOB, first add the correct DOB via the supervised individual's profile screen, then delete the incorrect one in the Edit Demographics.
