  • Response to OVR due in 10 business days of receipt in Sending State
Addendum to Offender Violation Report transmitted by the Receiving State
  • If sent PRIOR to original response, workflow merges with original report
    • 1 OVR Response Required from Sending State
  • If sent AFTER  original response, a NEW OVR Response is created to be transmitted by the Sending State
Responses to Addendums ARE NOT captured by Compliance Reports
