Subsequent State Transfers

Request for Reporting Instructions

When the user selects the receiving state, only those cases between the sending state and the selected receiving state will be displayed as choices.

The new Request for Reporting Instructions (RFRI) and the compact case will already have the supervised individual's demographic information, victim-sensitive details, sex offender registration info, and criminal case information pre-populated from the current case.

Transfer Request

After selecting that option, the user will be asked to which state the supervised individual wishes to transfer, creating the subsequent compact case. The user is not prompted for which state the supervised individual is currently in.  The new transfer request and the compact case will already have the supervised individual's demographic information, victim-sensitive details, sex offender registration info, and criminal case information pre-populated from the current case.

Supervised Individual's Profile

Making this selection from the supervised individual's profile gives the user the option to either create a new RFRI or transfer request activity.

After selecting either activity and clicking 'Create', the user will then be asked to choose a new receiving state for the subsequent transfer.
