Subsequent State Transfers

Request for Reporting Instructions

When the user selects the receiving state, only those cases between the sending state and selected receiving state will be displayed to choose from. 

The new RFRI and compact case will already have the offender demographic, victim sensitive details, sex offender registration info, and criminal case information pre-populated from the current case.

Transfer Request

After selecting that option, the user will be asked to which state does the offender wish to transfer, creating the subsequent compact case. The user is not prompted for which state the offender is currently in.  The new transfer request and compact case will already have the offender demographic, victim sensitive details, sex offender registration info, and criminal case information pre-populated from the current case.

Offender Profile

Making this selection from the offender profile gives the user the option to either create a new RFRI or transfer request activity. 

After selecting either activity and clicking 'Create', the user will then be asked to choose a new receiving state for the subsequent transfer.
