I received the password reset email after requesting it from ICOTS, but the link received does not work. Nothing happens when I clock on it or it loads a page that gives me an error. What's the problem?
This usually only happens if the user's email client either blocks links sent in an email or it wraps links that are long around to the second line, effectively making it invalid.
The user should try copying and pasting the entire link (if it's wrapped onto two lines) into the address bar of his or her internet browser. Otherwise, they should contact their IT department to make sure they have the ability to click links within emails.
