Password Reset Link Doesn't Work in Email

I received the password reset email from ICOTS, but the link doesn't work. When I click on it, nothing happens, or I get an error page. What's the problem?

This issue usually occurs if the user's email client blocks links or wraps long links into a second line, rendering them invalid.

To resolve this, try copying and pasting the entire link (especially if it’s wrapped across two lines) into your browser’s address bar. If that doesn’t work, please contact your IT department to ensure that links in emails can be clicked.
