Not every request represents a system defect. Some feedback identifies opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, notifications, navigation, or the overall user experience.
ICAOS is maintaining a separate list of potential enhancements submitted by testers and users during launch to help ensure that user feedback is documented and considered. Requests will be reviewed based on factors such as operational impact, the number of users affected, alignment with ICAOS rules and procedures, feasibility, and development priorities.
Following the planned completion of full INSITE functionality in March 2027, the National Office intends to consolidate feedback and proposed enhancements for review by the ICAOS Technology Committee.
Inclusion on the enhancement list does not guarantee that a request will be approved or developed.
