Compact Workload Search & Filters INSITE

The Compact Workload Search can be used to locate active cases and pending action items awaiting completion or review.  

Compact Workload by INSITE Role

PO:  See all active cases assigned to you.

PO Supervisor:  See all active cases assigned to you and all cases of users that 'report to' you.  

Compact Staff:  See all active cases assigned to anyone in your state. 

Compact Workload Filters

Filters can be used to search for a specific compact case, activity pending or to generate a list of cases meeting specific criteria.  INSITE saves your prior search used.

Not seeing results expected?  Be sure to RESET your search filters before creating a new compact workload search.

In Screen Filters for Special Statuses

Users can further filter their results by special status of the compact case.  

Special statuses include:

1. Sex Offender
2. History of Assault
3. Active Warrant
4. Victim Sensitive
