Locating Incomplete Managed Processes in the Compact Workload

If you begin any of the following managed processes and reach the topic screen but do not complete it, you can perform a Compact Workload - Pending Activity Only search to locate the incomplete process listed as an Action Item for that case. Clicking on the Action Item will take you back to the Topic List so you can complete the process. 

Alternatively, you can conduct an Offender Search and continue the process from the Action Items tab on the Offender's Profile Screen.
