Violation Summary Information

The Violation Summary provides violation data (e.g. violation type, recommendation, latest response, etc.) transmitted on a Violation Report Requiring Retaking within a selected date range. 

This report provides information such as:

• historical impact of rule changes (specifically the June 2017 amendment replacing ‘significant violation’ with ‘behavior requiring retaking,’)
• tracking cases that require retaking warrants and ensuring addendums are used when PC hearings are requested by the sending state. 

Detailed data can be exported to Excel for further analysis.
