This session is designed to help states prepare for the upcoming user audit recently approved by the Compliance and Executive Committees.
The audit will also serve as a valuable opportunity to explore how ICOTS Dashboard reports are being used—such as which reports are most frequently accessed, how they're utilized, and who the data is shared with.
