In July 2024, the ICAOS Executive Committee approved transition of external ICOTS reports from Sisense software to Tableau. The national office and the DCA Liaison Committee hosted 90-minute training sessions for DCAs and compact office staff in November 2024 prior to sunsetting the Sisense reporting site.
Where can I see the entire list of dashboards available?
There are 2 places to easily see the entire list of reports available. The first is on the dashboard login screen on the ICAOS website. The other is in the Reports section of the ICAOS support site. Reports are organized and categorized as they are in the Tableau site.
My state is split, can probation/parole filters be added to the new dashboards that don't have it?
The probation versus parole filters should be available in the Tableau if that filter existed in the old dashboard reports. Be sure to report any inconsistencies to 'supervision type' filters to the ICOTS helpdesk. Note, there are a handful of reports in which that filter cannot be added. One example is the User List report. 'Supervision type' data currently doesn't exist in the data set in order to pull into that report.
