Managing Addresses

The Supervising User can add or update the supervised individual’s primary or secondary address through the Profile in INSITE. Once an address is added, users can identify who lives at each address.

If you are not the Supervising User, the designation must be reassigned before you can update the address. If the Supervising User is in another state and their name does not appear, contact the compact office of the supervising state for assistance.

Users associated with the case are notified when the primary residence changes. Updating the address through the Profile generates one notification; submitting the change through a compact activity, such as a Progress Report or Violation Report, generates an additional notification.
