ICAOS Website Accounts

As part of the April 1, 2026, website updates, ICAOS has strengthened account management and security protocols to ensure appropriate access and reliable communication. When accessing your user account for the first time on the new website, you will be required to reset your password.

Who Can Have an ICAOS Website Account

ICAOS website accounts are limited to individuals with an official role in the Compact. This includes:

  • Commissioners
  • Deputy Compact Administrators (DCAs)
  • Designated Compact Office staff

All accounts must be associated with the ICAOS Directory. Accounts outside of these roles are not maintained.

Directory & Communication Management

The national office maintains each state’s:

  • ICOTS Administrator Directory
  • Compact Office email address

To ensure your staff receive important updates and announcements:

  • Keep your Compact Office email distribution list up to date
  • Add or remove staff as needed at the state level
  • Consider using internal email forwarding rules to share communications within your office

Two-Factor Authentication

Two-Factor Authentication is required to enhance account security and align with CJIS expectations.

  • All users should ensure two-factor authentication is properly configured
  • This provides an additional layer of protection for system access
