The Possible Duplicate Profile report lists possible duplicate records based on matches with first name, last name and date of birth or social security number. Also includes an indicator for whether there already exists a pending merge, delete or move case request.
IMPORTANT
For 'possible duplicates' that are not the same individual, states must verify using 2 or more additional identifying criteria. Once confirmed, send a ticket to the ICOTS helpdesk to exclude those records from the report.
