The Possible Duplicate Offender report lists ICOTS offenders who have been identified as possible duplicate records based on matches with first name, last name and date of birth or social security number. Also includes an indicator for whether there already exists a pending merge, delete or move case request.
IMPORTANT
There are some possible duplicates that match on first and last name as well as date of birth that not duplicates. Once verified, using 2 or more identifying criteria, that the records are different individuals, please send a ticket to the helpdesk to exclude those records from the report.
