Attendees of the 2024 ABM participated in focused sessions designed to develop targeted solutions for improving ICAOS rules. To prepare for these sessions, DCAs took part in open forums in June 2024 to identify priority issues, which closely align with findings from UCCI's 2022 study. The sessions concentrated on the following topics, introducing newly developed tools to ensure that efforts address specific problem statements, incorporate effective policy or rule elements, and align with the compact's mission and goals.

- Revocation’ Definition & Retaking for New Convictions
