Appriss Safety is happy to introduce its new Event Communication System (ECS), designed to inform our customers of any operational events affecting our products.

Through the ECS website, customers are encouraged to subscribe to automatic updates. During this process, users have the ability to fine-tune their subscription. Users have the option to select the products that are important to them and will only receive notifications when those products experience an event.

The ECS offers two subscription methods: email and SMS (text). Users will be notified when there is an event identified that affects any of the products to which they have subscribed. Users will receive a subsequent notification upon resolution.

Specifically, the ECS will notify users when there is a product status event that falls into one of the following categories:

  • Outage – Software system is failing to perform its primary functions.
  • Maintenance – Software system is undergoing updates or modifications to improve performance.

In addition to relying on email notifications, Appriss Safety customers may visit the ECS status page 24/7/365 to view live data on system performance and status updates for Appriss Safety products and services.
