Code Release 33.2.0 - ICOTS Enhancements 2/15/18

On Thursday, February 15, 2018 three new enhancements will be launched in ICOTS. The national office will offer a brief Q & A session for these enhancements on Monday, February 12th at 2 pm ET and Tuesday February 13th at 11 am ET. Visit the ICAOS WebEx Training Center site to sign up.

This is the third of several enhancement releases to take place during FY 2018.

The descriptions of each change are as follows:

1.) New Electronic End User Agreement – Beginning February 15, 2018 states will no longer be required to maintain paper end user agreements for ICOTS users. States are still responsible for training on ICAOS Rules, ICOTS AND the privacy policy prior to providing users with an active account. All users will acknowledge they have read and agree to the ICOTS privacy policy upon their initial login on or after February 15th and in doing so, an email is generated to the Compact Office email designated in ICOTS. PLEASE NOTE, this applies to ALL ICOTS users so states should expect a lot of emails coming into their Compact Office designee address once this change is in place.
