When I try to one of the External Reports I get the following error message: "Internet explorer cannot open the Internet site..."
This is usually a local issue with your internet browser. The reports page contains both unsecure and secure data, and some versions of Internet Explorer prompt the user to display both types of content by default. You will need to enable mixed content in your browser to permanently resolve the issue.
You can enable mixed content in Internet Explorer by going to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security tab. Then highlight the 'Internet' zone and click the 'Custom Level' button near the bottom of the window. The mixed content setting is a little over half way down under the miscellaneous section. Select 'enable' then click OK on both the open windows. You may need to close Internet Explorer and open it again for the changes to take affect.
