Legacy cases do not allow for Notice of Arrival or Notice of Departures in ICOTS.
It is assumed that legacy cases are actively supervised cases where the offender has reported in the receiving state.
ICOTS will not allow a Notice of Departure or Notice of Arrival on legacy cases because these actions are assumed to have already taken place.
For legacy cases in which a Notice of Departure or Notice of Arrival needs to be completed, such as a parole case that was accepted prior to release, use the Compact Action Request.
