Resolved - Offender Profile - Sub-Tab Contents Not Displaying Right Away

I see that when I open up an offender profile, my preferences were set to automatically open up the Compact Cases sub-tab, and the case unfolded for viewing. Now it does not. The area under the offender's information is blank. I have to click on the Compact Cases tab to make it open. I checked my preferences and they are the same.

There's a small bug in the new 14.0 code release that causes the contents of the sub-tabs on the offender profile not to display right away.

For the time being, all you need to do is click the "Compact Cases" tab on the right, then the case information will display. This issue happens regardless of what sub-tab is set to default in a user's account preferences.

With this new issue, here is an offender profile as seen when a user first opens the page:

Once you click on the sub-tab you want displayed, the information then populates to the page:

This issue has been reported to Appriss and is being investigated. We will post updates as to when this issue will be resolved.

    * UPDATE *

    This issue also seems to affect the Criminal Cases sub-tab. Selecting a criminal case does not bring up the associated offense details.

    See below:

    This problem has also been sent to Appriss.

    * UPDATE *

    This issue has been partially resolved with a hotfix. The default sub-tab selected in a user's account preferences does correctly show the associated information when first viewing an offender profile. The only tab still demonstrating a problem is the Criminal Cases tab. The list of criminal cases will display correctly when the tab is loaded, but selecting the radio button next to one of the cases does not display the associated offense details.

    Appriss has been notified of this lingering issue that has not yet been addressed.
