Resolved - Lifetime Supervision Not Overriding Term Dates For Compact Cases

A compact case that shows 'Lifetime Supervision' on the offender profile shows up on the overdue case closure report in ICOTS.

This issue has been identified by Appriss as a known bug that affects a small number of legacy compact cases. It only occurs on legacy cases where there is at least one criminal case with lifetime supervision and at least one criminal case with a supervision end date that has already passed.

This issue only seems to affect the ICOTS report and does not cause overdue case closure notifications to be sent out.

    * UPDATE *

    Appriss has identified some cases that are affected by this issue that are not legacy. It's only affected a very small number of such cases to date. All of these cases will be addressed when the issue is resolved in a future release.

    * UPDATE 12/7/2011 *

    This issue was resolved with release 16.0. Compact cases with one or more criminal cases with lifetime supervision will not show up on the Overdue Case Closure report nor will the user receive notifications that a CCN is due or overdue.
