Using a VPN (virtual private network) can cause connectivity issues. Consult with your in house IT for assistance when experiencing connectivity issues with ICAOS website tools/trainings/reports or ICOTS

Hi,
I'm still having issues with logging into ICAOS to complete on-demand training. I have tried a different browser, logged out then back in, and so forth. When I get to the on-demand training log in once I click the login icon then it shows a yellow arrow going in circles saying please wait. It has been doing this all day. Is there anything else I can do? I have to have the modules completed asap per my employer.
Hi Victoria. Have you tried again today? We had a recent website update so that may resolve your issue. Otherwise, working with your IT on these issues may be necessary. You can also contact the compact office in your state for alternate training opportunities.
