"Bad Gateway" Error Message

I received a Bad Gateway error message when trying to access a screen in ICOTS. What do I do?

This error message occurs very rarely and can pop up on almost any page in ICOTS. It's usually not indicative of a serious problem. Simply click the "refresh" button on your internet browser, and the page you were attempting to load should do so normally.
