Remove Rejected Cases

ICOTS Remove Rejected Case Flash Demo Remove Rejected Cases: This module instructs a user on how to remove a rejected case from the active workload. To allow for additional activities or requests, rejections to transfer requests and/or denial of reporting instructions do not deactivate cases.

User Administration

The User Administration Tutorial instructs those users who are assigned the State Administration Role on the procedures to create roles, establish roles, define county affiliation and deactivate users created in ICOTS.
