State LMS Managers

Commissioners, DCAs and designated compact office staff may request state manager access to the ICAOS OnDemand site by submitting a helpdesk ticket.  This role will enable you to search for learners and confirm their accomplishments in the Learning Management System (LMS.)  


Before requesting access please be sure to set up your account on the training site. Instructions below:

Accessing ICAOS OnDemand Training

Once access is granted, a User Search Tab will appear as shown in the video below.




User accounts with no activity for 2 years or more will be automatically purged from the LMS.
