Some users have reported issues logging into or viewing the new ICAOS Dashboards. This has to do with some temporary internet files cached in your web browser interfering with the new Single Sign-On API for the dashboards. Once those are deleted, you should be able to log in with no problems.
Here are the steps to take to delete temporary internet files in your browser. It’s important all cookies, cache, and offline website data are deleted. This won’t remove passwords you have saved in your browser.
Bookmarks button -> History -> Clear Recent History
Options button -> More tools -> Clear browsing data…
Favorites button -> Clear History
